You can cancel by notifying us via WhatsApp or phone before the end of the month. There is no long-term commitment. Unused transfers do not roll over to the next month, so we recommend using your bookings within the month.
Once you exceed the 4 included transfers, additional trips are charged at the standard one-off rate. Subscribers still keep their priority booking status for these extra trips.
Yes — multiple pets from the same household can travel together on a single transfer (within vehicle capacity). Each transfer counts as one round trip regardless of how many pets travel.
The subscription fee is paid monthly, in cash or by bank transfer. Paying at the start of the month activates that month's transfers. Online or card payment is not currently supported.
